

Philip B. "P.B." Weymouth III joined Watch Hill Partners as a
Founding Partner in December 2004. Before joining Watch Hill
Partners, Mr. Weymouth led Veronis Suhler Stevenson's activities
in the Broadcast, Outdoor, Cable & Entertainment segments.
His responsibilities there included the development of private
capital investment and investment banking opportunities in
those segments, as well as in the Business Information Services
and Financial Sponsors segments. He originally joined Veronis
Suhler Stevenson as Lead Managing Director for the Mergers &
Acquisitions and Corporate Finance divisions. Prior to joining
Veronis Suhler, Mr. Weymouth served as a Partner in J.P. Morgan
Capital Corporation's Communications Group, where he was a
board-level director for several of Morgan's portfolio companies.
Previously at Morgan, he was Head of the Latin American
Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) Advisory Group in the
Investment Banking Latin America and Global TMT
departments of J.P. Morgan & Co. Incorporated. Prior to joining
J.P. Morgan in 1992, Mr. Weymouth spent four years at Alex.
Brown & Sons, initially in corporate finance for that firm's TMT
group, and later in the Private Capital group, where he worked
on private equity transactions across multiple industry segments.
Mr. Weymouth received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale
College, and his M.B.A. from the Colgate Darden Graduate
School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
Mr. Weymouth currently is the President of the Executive Committee of the Alumni Association of Deerfield Academy and a member of the school’s Board of Trustees. In addition, he serves on the Yale Campaign Committee and the University of Virginia ’s National Committee on University Resources and was appointed by the Headmaster as the President of the Buckley School Fathers’ Committee in 2007.
