Jana Rugan joined Watch Hill Partners in October 2006. Jana previously worked as an internet sales consultant for Schomp Automotive, a BMW dealer in Denver, Colorado, where she assisted customers in placing orders and purchasing their vehicles. She was instrumental in various marketing endeavors including the development of the company website.

Jana received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from The University of Kansas where she was an active member of Delta Sigma Pi, an honorary business fraternity.
